Shipping : Our deliveries takes up to 2-4 working days across UAE, if you wish to order from outside feel free to reach our team info@exatechcomputer.com

Note : Our shipping cut off time is 6PM. 

We use professional courier, Fynx courier and white Eagle courier for shipping.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

 

      • The product must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.


      • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.


      • Items must not be marked as final sale, non-returnable, or customized (these items are not eligible for returns).


    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.

 

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      1. Go to the “Order History” section and locate the order you want to return.


      1. Click on the “Request Return” button and fill out the return form with the necessary details.

Once your return request is received, we will process it and send you an authorization email with further instructions on how to return the product.

 

3. Return Shipping

 

      • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product).

      • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, we can arrange an exchange based on availability.


      • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the item must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, in original packaging, etc.).


    • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Returns received outside of the 7-day return window will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
